To do this, we will undertake a theoretical import from environmental psychology: the concept of affordance. This category will allow us to delve into literary theoretical projects that have already employed this concept, in order to evaluate them. Finally, we will use a relational and materialist concept of affordances to reinterpret classic literary readings, including, toward the end, chaotic enumeration En el siguiente trabajo partimos de los esfuerzos críticos de Leo Spitzer sobre la enumeración caótica para discutir uno de sus presupuestos metodológicos: la neutralidad de la forma. Para ello, realizaremos una importación teórica de la psicología ambiental: el concepto de affordance. Esta categoría nos permitirá adentrarnos en proyectos teóricos literarios que ya han utilizado tal concepto, para evaluarlos. Finalmente, utilizaremos un concepto relacionalista y material de las affordances para resignificar nuevas lecturas clásicas de la literatura, incluida, hacia el final, la enumeración caótica.
