Sumario:The present work seeks to analyze current agrarian policies, as a consequence of the expansion of agrarian law towards agri-environmental and agri-food law, where questions began to arise towards the “conventional” agricultural system for not taking into account environmental sustainability and its compatibility with the atmosphere. For this reason, alternative agricultural production models emerged, which are characterized by being more sustainable and seeking to obtain healthy and nutritious food, which is why we are facing a transition towards these models, which, through various policies and instruments at the national and provincial level will aim to promote this type of production.
