For this reason, alternative agricultural production models emerged, which are characterized by being more sustainable and seeking to obtain healthy and nutritious food, which is why we are facing a transition towards these models, which, through various policies and instruments at the national and provincial level will aim to promote this type of production. El presente trabajo busca analizar las políticas agrarias actuales, como consecuencia de la expansión del Derecho agrario hacia el derecho agroambiental y agroalimentario, donde empezaron a surgir cuestionamientos hacia el sistema agrícola “convencional” por no tener en cuenta la sostenibilidad ambiental y su compatibilidad con el ambiente. Por esta razón, emergieron modelos de producción agrícola alternativos, que se caracterizan por ser más sostenibles y que buscan la obtención de alimentos sanos y nutritivos, razón por la cual, a nos encontramos frente a una transición hacia estos modelos, que, a través de diversas políticas e instrumentos a nivel nacional y provincial, tendrán por objeto la promoción de este tipo de producciones.
