Sumario:Starting from the inclusion in agricultural activity of the conservation and preservation activities of natural resources postulated by Prof. Antonino Vivanco in 1967, it is now necessary to analyze the legislation that regulates the protection of native forests at the national level and by province. Before the importance that will be acquired before the entry into force of the EU Regulation 1115/2023 which could be established within a limit to the marketing of agricultural products, including soya and beef starting from next year, this is adopted due to climate change and deforestation
