Before the importance that will be acquired before the entry into force of the EU Regulation 1115/2023 which could be established within a limit to the marketing of agricultural products, including soya and beef starting from next year, this is adopted due to climate change and deforestation A partir de la inclusión en la actividad agraria de las actividades de conservación y preservación de los recursos naturales postulada por el Prof. Antonino Vivanco en 1967, se pretende en el presente analizar la legislación que rige la protección de los bosques nativos en el nivel nacional y provincial. Ello ante la relevancia que adquirirá la misma ante la entrada en vigencia del Reglamento UE 1115/2023 que podría erigirse en un límite a la comercialización de los productos agrícolas, entre ellos la soja y la carne bovina a partir del año próximo, medida ésta adoptada en razón del cambio climático y la deforestación.
