| Sumario: | This paper describes the particularities of national climate change policy and the conditions it imposes on the provinces, with some references to the situation in the Province of Córdoba. First, it examines the provisions set out in Law No. 27.520. Second, it analyzes the provisions of Regulatory Decree No. 1030/20 (Official Gazette, December 21, 2020), particularly the requirements for the preparation of provincial climate change response plans. Within this framework, it assesses the situation of the Province of Córdoba in relation to its Provincial Climate Change Response Plan. Finally, it offers some concluding remarks. |
