First, it examines the provisions set out in Law No. 27.520. Second, it analyzes the provisions of Regulatory Decree No. 1030/20 (Official Gazette, December 21, 2020), particularly the requirements for the preparation of provincial climate change response plans. Within this framework, it assesses the situation of the Province of Córdoba in relation to its Provincial Climate Change Response Plan. Finally, it offers some concluding remarks. En el presente trabajo se describen las particularidades de la política nacional sobre cambio climático y las condiciones que esta impone a las provincias, con especial referencia a la situación de la provincia de Córdoba. En primer lugar, se abordan las disposiciones previstas en el texto de la Ley 27.520 (2019). En segundo lugar, se examinan las disposiciones del Decreto 1030/2020 (2020), en particular los requerimientos previstos para la elaboración de los planes provinciales de respuesta al cambio climático. En ese marco, se analiza la situación de la provincia de Córdoba en relación con su Plan Provincial de Respuesta al Cambio Climático. Por último, se presentan algunas reflexiones finales.
