The initiative, implemented between 2021 and 2024 under the Transversal Academic Project (PAT) modality, aimed to bring students closer to innovative construction technologies, exploring their potential for insertion into the market and their contribution to sustainable construction The methodology combined applied research, fieldwork, and interdisciplinary analysis, integrating marketing input with scientific and technological knowledge. The results show that the experience strengthened professional skills in the students, while enriching the research work of CEVE through new perspectives on the social acceptance of sustainable materials. El presente artículo analiza la experiencia de un proyecto de extensión universitaria desarrollado entre la Universidad Siglo 21 y el Centro Experimental de la Vivienda Económica (CEVE-CONICET) en el marco de la asignatura Seminario de Práctica de Comercialización.  La iniciativa, implementada entre 2021 y 2024 bajo la modalidad de Proyecto Académico Transversal (PAT), tuvo como propósito acercar a los estudiantes a tecnologías constructivas innovadoras, explorando su potencial de inserción en el mercado y su contribución a la construcción sustentable. La metodología combinó investigación aplicada, trabajo de campo y análisis interdisciplinario, integrando aportes de marketing con conocimientos científicos y tecnológicos. Los resultados muestran que la experiencia fortaleció competencias profesionales en los estudiantes, al tiempo que enriqueció la labor investigativa del CEVE mediante nuevas perspectivas sobre la aceptación social de materiales sustentables.
