| Sumario: | The results of the case analysis of the introductory phase are presented, which is part of the research project “Model of evaluation and micro-climatic rehabilitation of educational buildings and their residential environment, for the sustainable development of the city of Resistencia”. Taken together, these cases show how a comprehensive approach that combines passive architectural design, adaptation to the socio-cultural-economic context, sustainability and appropriate institutional framework can transform educational infrastructure into a fundamental pillar for community development and resilience in the face of current challenges. |
