Taken together, these cases show how a comprehensive approach that combines passive architectural design, adaptation to the socio-cultural-economic context, sustainability and appropriate institutional framework can transform educational infrastructure into a fundamental pillar for community development and resilience in the face of current challenges. Se presentan los resultados del análisis de casos de la fase introductoria que forma parte del proyecto de investigación“Modelo de evaluación y rehabilitación micro-climática de edificios educativos y su entorno residencial, para el desarrollo sustentable de la ciudad de Resistencia”. En conjunto, dichos casos muestran cómo un enfoque integral que combine diseño arquitectónico pasivo, adaptación al contexto socio-cultural-económico, sostenibilidad e institucionalidad adecuada puede transformar la infraestructura educativa en un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo comunitario y la resiliencia frente a los desafíos actuales.
