It also estimates the necessary increase in production for the fiscal effect to be neutral and the resulting impact on GDP. The soybean export sector is Argentina’s largest, contributing approximately one out of every five dollars of export sales. En este trabajo se pretende medir el impacto fiscal que tendría la eliminación de los Derechos de Exportación sobre la soja y sus derivados, siendo que tienen las alícuotas más altas en el contexto de que el gobierno nacional pregona el superávit fiscal. Además, estimar cuánto tendría que incrementarse la producción para que el efecto fiscal sea neutro y qué impacto tendría en el PIB. El complejo exportador de la soja es el mayor de la Argentina, aportando aproximadamente uno de cada cinco dólares de ventas al exterior.
