Se analiza la distribución de organismos bentónicos marinos en la zona infralitoral de Puerto Deseado, y se delimitan los siguientes grupos mediante métodos objetivos: a) el grupo Enteromorpha linza, y b) el grupo Macrocystis pyrifera. También se determinó la presencia de una zona de transición entre estos grupos, así como la ocurrencia de especies de amplia distribución en el infralitoral.
