Este trabajo trata sobre las Chlorophyceae de agua dulce de Tierra del Fuego asociadas a diferentes sustratos. Se informan los sustratos y se proporciona el promedio de especies asociadas que crecen en cada uno.Las especies de algas se enumeran e ilustran, y se señalan algunas características morfológicas y ecológicas de interés.Se proponen cinco categorías para delimitar las algas asociadas a un sustrato, y se indica el promedio relativo de cada una.Se propone un índice de adherencia para las especies, que relaciona la posición de las algas con el sustrato.
