The objective of this study was to evaluate the productive and reproductive performance of different crossbreeds and dairy breeds in a commercial grazing dairy farm in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Retrospective data were analyzed for the period from August 1, 2017, to January 12, 2021 (41 months). The database consisted of 1,342 pure Holstein (HO) lactations (799 cows), 344 HO x Jersey (JY) crossbreed lactations (164 cows), 190 JY * Montbéliarde (MO) crossbreed lactations (96 cows), and 316 MO x HO (XB) crossbreed lactations (134 cows). The 305-day milk production results (PL305) for first parity showed that JY and HO were statistically different from the other groups (p<0.05). For second and third parity, JY and MO differed from XB and HO (p<0.05). The number of services per conception (NS/C) differed between HO and XB (p<0.05) and between JY and XB (p<0.05). HO and XB cows, except for the first lactation, showed similar performance and were superior to other crossbred groups in milk yield, demonstrating the individual production superiority of the Holstein genotype. Crossbred cows outperformed in reproductive traits, with HO x Jersey crosses being the most efficient. La fertilidad es una de las claves de los sistemas eficientes basados en pastos. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el comportamiento productivo y reproductivo de vacas en diferentes cruzamientos y razas lecheras en un tambo comercial a pastoreo de la provincia de Santa Fe, Argentina. Se analizaron datos retrospectivos para el período desde el 1 de agosto del 2017 al 12 de enero del 2021 (41 meses). La base de datos constó de 1.342 lactancias de raza Holstein pura (HO; n: 799 vacas), 344 lactancias de cruza HO x Jersey (JY; n: 164 vacas), 190 lactancias de la cruza JY x Montbéliarde (MO; n: 96 vacas) y 316 lactancias de la cruza MO x HO (XB; n: 134 vacas). Los resultados de producción de leche a 305 días (PL305) para el número de parto 1, JY y HO fueron estadísticamente diferentes al resto del grupo (p<0,05). Para el número de parto 2 y el número de parto 3, JY y MO se diferenciaron de XB y HO (p><0,05). El número de servicios por preñez (NS/P) fue diferente entre HO y XB (p><0,05) y entre JY y XB (p><0,05). Las vacas HO y la cruza XB, con excepción de la primera lactancia, fueron similares y superiores a los otros grupos de cruzas en los niveles de producción, mostrando la superioridad en producción individual del genotipo Holstein.
