This article analyzes the most important innovations, especially considering the effective protection of the rights of individuals as a variable. La Ley 27.742, sancionada en 2024, ha introducido sustanciales modificaciones al procedimiento administrativo. Entre los cambios más importantes figura la modificación del trámite del amparo por mora que ahora aparece regulado de manera más extensa y detallada. Este artículo analiza las novedades más trascendentes en la materia, considerando especialmente como variable la tutela efectiva de los derechos de los particulares.
