The methodology used is a qualitative approach and descriptive scope, utilizing documentary review and analysis of information obtained from access to public information from Peruvian institutions to assess the current status. The results showed that the Peruvian State has established guidelines for training police personnel on disability issues and, likewise, inclusive police stations have been implemented nationwide, which have different areas and services tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities. The study concludes that several advances have been made in the creation of accessible police stations in Peru; however, public policies need to be consolidated, infrastructure improved, and police personnel training and awareness-raising regarding persons with disabilities strengthened to ensure full and effective inclusion.
