The Private Autonomy, analytical reflection

The purpose of the text is to formulate a conceptual reconstruction of private autonomy, distinguishing it from the freedom of contract and the autonomy of the will, on the understanding that such conceptual disintegration contributes to a more refined interpretation of contractual cases.
