The subject focuses on industrialized construction, taken by architecture andcivil engineering students. Visits to this type of work are a challenge, as they are rare. The methodology included the identification of works and/or workshops, logistics management, registration of the visitand a qualitative quantitative survey of students and managers of the companies visited. The resultsshow a high valuation of these activities by both students and entrepreneurs. In conclusion, althoughthey require a significant management effort by the teaching team, these initiatives are essential for thecomprehensive training of students by bringing them closer to the reality of the sector. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la visita a obras como una instancia clave en la formación práctica de futuros profesionales de la construcción. La asignatura se centra en la construcción industrializada, cursada por estudiantes de arquitectura e ingeniería civil. Las visitas a este tipo de obras son un desafío, ya que son escasas. La metodología incluyó la identificación de obras y/o talleres, gestión logística, registro de la visita y una encuesta cualicuantitativa a estudiantes y responsables de las empresas visitadas. Los resultados muestran una alta valoración de estas actividades tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los empresarios. En conclusión, aunque requieren un esfuerzo significativo de gestión del equipo docente, estas iniciativas son fundamentales para la formación integral de los estudiantes al acercarlos a la realidad del sector.
