Sumario:This study focuses on analyzing the Global Workload of the Volunteer Firefighters of the Corrientes Capital Barracks during the first half of 2023, addressing dimensions such as the work process, organization, job content and the risks of the work environment. The results of the research reveal an intense workload, where they face physical, psychological and mentalchallenges. The interdependence in teamwork is highlighted, along with the unpredictability of interventions and the numerous associated risks. These findings highlight the demanding and dangerous nature of the activity that involves stressful situations, as well as the possibility of loss of life. However, positive aspects are also identified, such as gender equality in the organization of tasks, good communication and self-assessment of the work group, and continuous professional development through training and use of acquired skills.
