Sumario:The current narrative discourse is enhanced by analog and digital transmediality as it seeks to expand the story through different mediums to provide the audience with a total immersion into the fictional world it proposes. This phenomenon is further intensified in interactive platforms such as role-playing games or video games, where the player becomes an active subject of the narrative plot. This article aims at studying the processes of transmediality present in Blacksad a comic franchise (2000-2023), created by Juan Díaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido and published by Dargaud, and how its universe expands through the tabletop role-playing game, designed by Nosolorol Editions (2015), and through the video game, developed by Pendulo Studios and Microïds (2019). Through all this, the intention is to observe how playful media are capable of transmedially expanding the story and intensifying the immersion of the narrative.
