The study was developed using an open questionnaire. in virtual format, from which 89 testimonies were obtained from women in a teleworking situation. The digital inequalities that emerged or were accentuated are discussed, as well as the emotional impact generated by the stress and anxiety associated with the pandemic. The way in which the implementation of teleworking affected family and personal organization is also highlighted. The results provided reflect different aspects of digital inequality and its impact on work and family dynamics during the pandemic, focusing on how they mainly affect women. It is concluded that the inequalities that have arisen from the pandemic highlight the need to review the usefulness that technology has for women and how these technologies can be put at their service for greater gender justice. El artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación que buscaba analizar el impacto del teletrabajo durante la pandemia de covid-19 en mujeres que debieron conciliar labores de trabajo online remunerado y labores domésticas no remuneradas durante 2020. El estudio se desarrolló mediante un cuestionario abierto en formato virtual, del que se obtuvieron 89 testimonios de mujeres en situación de teletrabajo. Se discuten las desigualdades digitales que surgieron o se acentuaron, así como el impacto emocional generado por el estrés y la ansiedad asociados a la pandemia. Se destaca, además, la forma en la que la implementación del teletrabajo afectó la organización familiar y personal. Los resultados proporcionados reflejan distintos aspectos de la desigualdad digital y su impacto en las dinámicas laborales y familiares durante la pandemia, enfocándose en cómo afectan principalmente a las mujeres. Se concluye que las desigualdades surgidas a partir de la pandemia destacan la necesidad de revisar la utilidad que la tecnología tiene para las mujeres y cómo estas tecnologías pueden ponerse a su servicio para una mayor justicia de género.
