Lemon juice showed a higher content of macro and micro elements, than Rangpur lime juice and orange juice, re- spectively. The Principal Component Analysis allowed observing the formation of two groups, one consisting of lemon juice and another orange juice and lime Rangpur. The similarity of the orange juice and lime Rangpur juice, was higher than the content of minority elements. Los objetivos del presente trabajo fueron cuantificar y comparar el contenido de elementos en los jugos de naranja, limón y lima Rangpur provenientes del Nordeste Argentino. Se determinaron doce elementos, incluyendo cinco macroelementos (K, P, Ca, Mg y S) y cuatro microelementos (Cr, Cu, Mn, y Zn) utilizando un espectrómetro de emisión óptica de plasma acoplado inductivamente (ICP- OES). El jugo de limón presentó mayor contenido de macroelementos y microelementos, seguido por el jugo de lima Rangpur y el jugo de naranja. El Análisis de Componentes Principales permitió observar la formación de dos grupos, uno constituido por el jugo de limón y otro por los jugos de naranja y lima Rangpur. La semejanza presentada por los jugos de naranja y lima Rangpur, fue mayor con respecto al contenido de los minerales minoritarios.
