Our author self-perceived himself as a teacher and has several articles on formal education. What characterizes the approach of political pedagogy is that, following in the footsteps of Emmanuel Mounier, it is to take education out of the classroom into the streets. Our article will begin by highlighting the pedagogical component Memory, history, forgetting, pointing out the link between the analysis of memorization and education. We will then go into the abuses of natural memory and emphasize the historian's role in assisting citizens in the work of mourning and memory. The complement of the responsibility of the citizen, however, will impose a limit to the work of the historian, as well as highlight the importance of formal education for its constitution. En el presente artículo nos proponemos incluir a La memoria, la historia, el olvido como parte del legado de la política pedagógica de Ricoeur, iniciada con sus artículos de la revista Esprit. Nuestro autor se autopercibía como docente y tiene varios artículos sobre la educación formal. Lo que caracteriza al planteo de la pedagogía política es que, siguiendo los pasos de Emmanuel Mounier, es sacar la educación de las aulas y llevarla a las calles. Nuestro artículo comenzará destacando el componente pedagógico La memoria, la historia, el olvido señalando el vínculo existente entre los análisis de la memorización y la educación. Seguidamente nos adentraremos en los abusos de la memoria natural y acentuaremos la labor cumplida por el historiador en el auxilio de los ciudadanos en el trabajo de duelo y memoria. El complemento de la responsabilidad del ciudadano, con todo, impondrá un límite a la labor del historiador, así como destacará la importancia de la educación formal para su constitución.
