To this end, we use an interdisciplinary theoretical-methodological perspective, of a descriptive-analytical nature, which allows us to pivot, on the one hand, between visions that articulate the artistic, the social and the environmental and, on the other, to address the complexity of the mandates that are part of the current dynamics of the museum venues when projecting themselves as mediators for sustainable social and environmental citizen development. El presente trabajo se propone analizar el estudio de caso llamado Jabonería social, del programa Espuma, que tuvo lugar en el Museo Castagnino-Macro (Rosario, Argentina), con el fin de reflexionar en torno a cierto anhelo de trasformación social al que aspiran, en los últimos años, los museos de arte. Para ello, nos valemos de una perspectiva teórico-metodológica interdisciplinar, de corte descriptivo-analítico, que nos permite pivotear, por un lado, entre visiones que articulan lo artístico, lo social y lo ambiental y, por otro, atender la complejidad de los mandatos que forman parte de la dinámica actual de las sedes museales al proyectarse como mediadoras para el desarrollo sostenible, ciudadano, social y ambiental.
