| Sumario: | In the work of Baltasar Gracián, a spanish philosopher and litterateur from the XVII century, it is possible to find sundry anthropological philosophical considerations. Among them, the reflection about the ontological differences between men and women is particularly important. To the author, the sex people are born with put limits in the develop of physical, rational and moral capabilities. In this sense, not every human has the same potentialities nor goes for the same things. This paper aims to share an approach to the thought about women and their position in some of the most relevant parts of Gracian’s work. |
