Sumario:In the present article, a design was created based on an educational intervention to assess the pedagogical tool of easy, difficult, and tragic cases within a hybrid-dual pedagogical model. This model refers to different educational spaces, including the classroom space and the virtual space. Additionally, understanding that argumentative skills are indispensable for the teaching of current law, there is a pursuit to apply traditional tools innew pedagogical models.
