Additionally, understanding that argumentative skills are indispensable for the teaching of current law, there is a pursuit to apply traditional tools innew pedagogical models. En el presente artículo se diseñó a partir de una intervención educativa para valorar a la herramienta pedagógica de los casos fáciles, difíciles y trágicos dentro de un modelo pedagógico híbrido-dual. Este modelo hace referencia a diferentes espacios educativos, entre ellos, el espacio áulico y el espacio virtual. Además, entendiendo que las competencias argumentativas resultan indispensables para la enseñanza del derecho actual, es la búsqueda para aplicar herramientas tradicionales en los nuevos modelos pedagógicos.
