Starting from this, this research advance focuses on the production and state management of public spaces, taking farm 129 of the city of Resistencia as a study area, which includes state-managed neighborhoods dating back to the 1980s. A partir de la revisión teórica realizada con el fin de conocer y profundizar en las conceptualizaciones del espacio público, es posible comprender desde nuevas perspectivas las modalidades de su gestión y producción en un contexto urbano tendiente a la fragmentación, así como la influencia que estas tienen en el crecimiento urbano y las relaciones socio-territoriales. Partiendo de ello, este avance de investigación se centra en la producción y gestión estatal de espacios públicos, tomando como área de estudio la chacra 129 de la ciudad de Resistencia, la cual comprende barrios de gestión estatal que datan de los años 80.
