From that, the paper reflects on the right to testimony and the concept of citizenship, that is, the conditions of entry into the law, as well as the conformation of second-class citizens, all in relation to literature as a space where new subjects of the enunciation might emerge. Este artículo analiza las obras Por qué volvías cada verano (2018) y Donde no hago pie (2021), ambos libros de Belén López Peiró, en relación a Los niños perdidos (Un ensayo en cuarenta preguntas) de Valeria Luiselli (2016), haciendo foco en las preguntas que en los textos hace la ley para, a partir de eso, por un lado, problematizar el modo en que el sistema jurídico construye su verdad y, por otro lado, pensar el derecho al testimonio y el concepto de “ciudadanía”, es decir, indagar en las condiciones de entrada a la ley y la conformación de ciudadanías secundarizadas, en relación con la literatura como espacio donde pueden surgir nuevos sujetos de la enunciación.
