| Sumario: | In this work we propose to characterize, from the institutional dimension, the main aspects of the public policy program called “Integral Plan Santiago Emprende”, implemented in the province of Santiago del Estero, during the years 2018-2019, within the framework of the National Plan “to Believe and to Create”, with the specific objective of promoting the development of social economy enterprises. Through the exploration of its central contents and its purposes, the scope of its intervention mechanisms is determined and the institutionalized conception of the social economy in the provincial order is distinguished. It allows to collect elements of reflection on the operation of a provincial public policy tool for the promotion of the social economy inserted in the orbit of a specific federal public program for the sector. |
