Sumario:The COVID-19 pandemic and the immediate consequence exercised by the government to guarantee prevention and health care, such as preventive and mandatory social isolation (ASPO), has highlighted the inequalities and structural injustices of vast sectors of the community indigenous people of our country that urgently need to be corrected. In this context, the purpose of the essay was to analyze the current problems suffered by the native communities in our territory, resorting to regional and/or provincial examples to explain them. Among the main problems identified, or axes of conflict, are those related to the educational, economic, health, environmental and territorial conflicts.
