In this context, the purpose of the essay was to analyze the current problems suffered by the native communities in our territory, resorting to regional and/or provincial examples to explain them. Among the main problems identified, or axes of conflict, are those related to the educational, economic, health, environmental and territorial conflicts. La pandemia de COVID-19 y la consecuencia inmediata ejercida por el gobierno para garantizar la prevención y cuidado de la salud, como el aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio [ASPO], ha puesto de relieve las desigualdades e injusticias estructurales de vastos sectores de la comunidad indígena de nuestro país que requieren urgentemente ser subsanadas. En este contexto, el propósito del ensayo fue analizar las problemáticas coyunturales que padecen las comunidades originarias en nuestro territorio, acudiendo a ejemplos regionales y/o provinciales para explicarlas. Entre las principales problemáticas relevadas, o ejes de conflictividad, se encuentran aquellas vinculadas con el ámbito educativo, el económico, el de la salud, la conflictividad ambiental y territorial.
