Sumario:The geographical mobility or the worker must entail organizational reasons, that is, the rational arrangement of the productive factors (work in this case) according to the functional and locative requirements or the companies. They constitute and instrument for improving productivity, reducing cost, optimizing resource, aspects that must be addressed by companies to consolidate their economic position. To protect the worker’s right to geographical permanence in this workplace, it is not enough to just allege the existence of an objective cause, but it must be proven.
