They constitute and instrument for improving productivity, reducing cost, optimizing resource, aspects that must be addressed by companies to consolidate their economic position. To protect the worker’s right to geographical permanence in this workplace, it is not enough to just allege the existence of an objective cause, but it must be proven. La movilidad geográfica del trabajador debe entrañar razones organizativas, es decir, la ordenación racional de los factores productivos (el trabajo, en este caso) a tenor de las exigencias funcionales y locativas de las empresas. Constituyen un instrumento de mejora de la productividad, de reducción de costes, de optimización de recursos, aspectos que deben ser atendidos por las empresas para consolidar su posición económica.
