Based on the analysis of excerpts of the poem, it is found that the author recovers certain elements of the gauchesca and the classical tradition as pre-texts to give rise to an original proposal in which it is possible to identify the forrerunners and to visualize the procedures that provide them with other nuances and games of meaning. En este ensayo se abordan las relaciones intertextuales de una sección de Odiseo confinado con Odisea y El gaucho Martín Fierro en términos de reescritura por tangenciación y reescritura por intrusión, ambos términos teóricos propuestos por el propio Leónidas Lamborghini. Mediante el análisis de fragmentos del poema, se constata que el autor recupera ciertos elementos de las tradiciones gauchesca y clásica como pre-textos para la elaboración de una propuesta original en la que es posible identificar a los precursores en relaciones de intertextualidad e hipertextualidad con la obra de Lamborghini y observar los procedimientos que les proporcionan otros matices y juegos de sentido, en este caso, de alusión y de parodia.
