The heritage landscape constitutes a palimpsest in which dissimilar architectural and urban conceptions are manifested. Carring out interventions that contribute in a balancely way to that landscape is a permanent challenge. In particular, the insertion of high-rise housing in heritage contexts implies an unresolved challenge that is linked to a key resource: the natural light. Therefore, it is proposed to advance on what happened in a fragment of value in the city of Mar del Plata. Within this framework, it is interesting to observe the interventions carried out, along with their consequences, in three picturesque residences in the traditional Stella Maris neighborhood. Through an applied, quantitative and qualitative methodology, focused on the historical-patrimonial and technical-light articulation, simulations, focused on two key variables -Sky Vision Factor and Solar Radiation- are explored. The main results obtained in relation to the interventions carried out indicate a reduction of almost half of the total possible natural light access in the most unfavorable situations. Likewise, simulations using different scenarios and morphologies show the ability to plan and optimize heritage and light impacts. In this way, the interrelationships proposed are investigated to bring new reflections in relation to the actions achieved and to be achieved. |

El paisaje patrimonial constituye un palimpsesto en el que se manifiestan disímiles concepciones arquitectónicas y urbanas. Realizar intervenciones que contribuyan equilibradamente con ese paisaje resulta un reto permanente. En particular, la inserción de viviendas en altura en contextos patrimoniales implica un desafío irresuelto que se enlaza con un recurso clave: la luz natural. Por ello se propone avanzar sobre lo acontecido en un fragmento de valor dentro de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. En este marco interesa observar las intervenciones realizadas, junto con sus consecuencias, en tres residencias pintoresquistas dentro del tradicional barrio Stella Maris. Mediante una metodología aplicada, cuantitativa y cualitativa, enfocada en la articulación histórico-patrimonial y técnico-lumínica, se exploran simulaciones centradas en dos variables clave: Factor de Visión de Cielo y Radiación solar. Los principales resultados obtenidos en relación con las intervenciones perpetradas indican una reducción de casi la mitad del total posible de acceso lumínico natural en las situaciones más desfavorables. Asimismo, las simulaciones mediante diferentes escenarios y morfologías evidencian la capacidad de planificar y optimizar los impactos patrimoniales y lumínicos. De esta forma, se indagan las interrelaciones planteadas para acercar nuevas reflexiones en relación con las acciones realizadas y para realizar. A paisagem patrimonial constitui um palimpsesto no qual se manifestam concepções arquitetônicas e urbanas. Fazer intervenções que contribuam de forma equilibrada para essa paisagem é um desafio permanente. Em particular, a inserção de habitações em altura em contextos patrimoniais implica um desafio irrestrito que se liga a um recurso-chave: a luz natural. Por isso se propõe avançar sobre o ocorrido em um fragmento de valor dentro da cidade de Mar del Plata. Neste contexto, importa observar as intervenções realizadas, juntamente com as suas consequências, em três residências pitorescas dentro do tradicional bairro Stella Maris. Mediante uma metodologia aplicada, quantitativa e qualitativa, focada na articulação histórico-patrimonial e técnico-luminosa, exploram-se simulações centradas em dois variáveis chave: Fator de Visão de Céu e Radiação solar. Os principais resultados obtidos em relação às intervenções realizadas indicam uma redução de quase metade do total de acessos de luz natural possíveis nas situações mais desfavoráveis. Da mesma forma, as simulações com diferentes cenários e morfologias mostram a capacidade de planejar e otimizar os impactos de iluminação e patrimônio.
