Micro-garbage Household Waste Environmental Management The growth of cities at a territorial and population level requires to be accompanied by a correct management to waste, both in the transfer and in the final disposal of the same. This research is on the littoral of Nuevo Golf in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. His general aim aspires to identify and formulate the Environmental Management measures to mitigate its generation of micro garbage dumps. A qualitative-quantitative methodology is used, based mainly on locating micro-garbage dumps, its measurement, the identification of the type of waste and 50 surveys of neighbors. The field activity recognized and located 39 micro-garbage dumps that constitute an environmental pro-blem and represent environmental damage due to the probability of contamination of the soil, air and water. Also, it poses a risk to health, since it generates sources of proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms and promotes the spread of rodents. The results allow to contribute to a proposal for an Environmental Management Planbased on preventing, correcting and curing. El crecimiento de las ciudades a nivel territorial y poblacional requiere ser acompañado de una correcta gestión de los residuos, tanto en el traslado como en la disposición final de los mismos. Una de localidades bonaerenses con mayor crecimiento demográfico y urbano es la ciudad de Mar del Plata. Con base en ello, este trabajo aborda la temática de formación de microbasurales en el barrio Nuevo Golf de Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Se propone como objetivo general, identificar y formular medidas de Gestión Ambiental para mitigar la generación de microbasurales en dicho barrio. Se emplea una metodología cualitativa-cuantitativa, basada principalmente en la localización de microbasurales, su medición, la identificación del tipo de residuos y la realización de 50 encuestas a vecinos en relación a la problemática. La actividad de campo reconoció y localizó 39 microbasurales que constituyen una problemática ambiental ya que aumenta la probabilidad de contaminación del suelo, del aire y del agua. Así también, supone un riesgo para la salud, ya que genera focos de proliferación de microorganismos patógenos y promueve la propagación de roedores. Los resultados permiten contribuir a una propuesta de Plan de Gestión Ambiental a partir de distintas recomendaciones basadas en prevenir, corregir y curar.
