Sumario:In the current era of post-truth and hypermodern society, uncertainty has begun to be pre-designed by actors from the food factory in a context of politicized science and digital capitalism. Ghostwriting refers to an author or phantom writing mode by which a subject has interference with a work that is then published or disseminated with the name of another subject. The ghostwriter is the true author or ideologist of the content of the work but remains hidden from the addressee or public. The signatory writer is the apparent author. This defines or typifies the general category of ghostwriting. Two subcategories of ghostwriting are tested, which can be constructed according to the incidence or interference of the ghostwriter in the work. A subcategory is literary or artistic ghostwriting, historically present in literary productions in which a ghostwriter produces content and then a signatorywriter broadcasts it with his name. The other subcategory is highlighted below: The pseudoscientific ghostwriting, in which the ghostwriter (for example, a corporation that produces and markets food) creates the core content of a pseudoscientific study so that the conclusions are favorable. The signatorywriter (a specialist or expert) writes the work and includes the content indicated by it. These pseudo-studies are neither objective nor independent, therefore, they are not scientific. They involve a manipulation, misrepresentation or distortion of truth and information. In short, pseudoscientific ghostwriting generates scientific fake news. Scientific studies have been carried out that demonstrate the growing existence of this fact by the food industry, among others. From the provisions of art. 70 of the Constitution R. O. Uruguay (arts. 75.19 and 125 of the Constitution of the Argentine Nation), which protects the development of scientific research, and other norms of the Uruguayan legal system, some legal research hypotheses are raise.
