description The current epistemological debates in the educational psychology allows the emergence of new questions in this line I understand cannot be waived share some reflections which can contribute to the exercise of thought and in the position that we can adopt as psicopedagogos along with teachers and educators in relation to the public school and the conception of a subject that underlies certain programs that are being implemented in the field of educational policy. Educational programs are privileged spaces for the production of subjectivity, but when they argue in visions technocratic, limit their production capacity for programming, that is to say that the subjective constitution will be committed to these forms of links. This work proposes to examine the new strategies macro policies that are emerging in the area of the Province of Rio Negro from the analysis of the official documents that give origin and accompany the evolution of the implementation of the Extended Day schools. The strong stamp technique derived from the analysis of the project we warn of the rationalities policies and technologies of government that are put into play and the danger of thinking to people living in conditions of poverty as an object that must be recovered, repackaged, content and divert the possibility that education can return another image and provide conditions of possibility for accomplished a subject.
