Sumario:The problem of establishing precise limits between the Educational Psychology, Education and Psychology in Latin America has been greatly recognized by different referents. However, the academic literature indicates when the psychopedagogy is understood as a specialty of the psychologist is relatively easy to distinguish their fields of action and intervention models. The aim of this study was to contextualize and describe the approaches for Latin American Psychopedagogy, with particular emphasis on conceptions and scientific developments Argentinean. In the local context, there are major discussions about the psychopedagogy of being considered as a discipline, leaving the positions they conceive it as an educational action matters scientific bases of psychology. However, this mode does not imply understanding problematic theoretical and epistemological that shape to psychopedagogy today.
