Sterols from the sponge Haliclona chilensis
1. 1. The sterol composition of the sponge Haliclona chilensis (Thiele) has been analysed by argentic column- and thin-layer chromatography and reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography detecting twenty-eight components. 2. 2. These were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and...

The sterol composition of the sponge Haliclona chilensis (Thiele) has been analysed by argentic column- and thin-layer chromatography and reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography detecting twenty-eight components. 2. 2. These were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and in some cases by proton and carbon-13 magnetic resonance spectroscopy. 3. 3.
