Thirteen species were studied, nine of them are new records for this country. Chrysosphaerella coronacircumspina is recorded for the first time in American tropical areas. The tropical distribution of Mallomonas peronoides var. bangladeshica, M. matvienkoae var. grandis, M. mangofera var. reticulata and M. portae-ferreae var. reticulata is confirmed. Fil:Vigna, M.S.
