Two new species are described: Eisenackitina yolei Ottone and Holfeltz and Hercochitina volkheimerii Ottone and Holfeltz. The Los Azules chitinozoan faunas have species in common with contemporaneous assemblages from Laurentia but also northern Gondwana and Baltica.
