Results were compared with those obtained with Dermatan sulfate and with natural Chondroitin sulfate under the same experimental conditions. It was showed that interaction with Concanavalin A and anticoagulant activity of Chondroitin sulfate A increased noticeably when it was sulfated and reached the levels of Dermatan sulfate in a total agreement with the molecular model proposed by us.
