Two saponins from Zexmenia buphthalmiflora

Oleanolic acid 3-O-(3′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-d-glucuronopyranoside and its 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester have been isolated from aerial parts of Zexmenia buphthalmiflora. The chemotaxonomical significance of the transfer of Wedelia buphthalmiflora to Zexmenia buphthalmiflora is discussed. © 1984....
