Intervenciones telefónicas por particulares

El trabajo consiste en un análisis de las distintas formas de intervenciones, sean telefónicas o por cámaras ocultas, cuando quien las realiza es el sujeto pasivo o bien otra persona privada que -con el consentimiento de la víctima- convoca al presunto imputado para poder descubrir el ilícito.

This paper analyses several ways of practicing intervention through taping telephone conversations or by hidden video cameras. These interventions occur when the person using these methods is one of the party, or another private person - with the consent of the victim - who calls upon the suspicious or presumed author of a crime in order to find out the truth.
