This paper intends to examine nimutely the "Brief Trial" institute, making special stand on its regulationes according to the rules of the Procedural Penal Code of the Nation. To this effect, the virtues of this institute will be emphasised; and all the doubts - which have raised about its questionable constitutionalit - will be cleared up. Therefore, the putting onto practice of this institute will be fosteded, due to the fact that it becomes a valid tool in order to relive congestion of the Courts of Justice's activities.
