Inicié esta investigación, motivado por ampliar mis conocimientos en materia tributaria teniendo como objetivo analizar el tema de la compensación de retenciones efectuadas a proveedores impugnados. Para ello analizaremos las diferentes situaciones en las que la administración federal de ingresos públicos considero impugnar operaciones con diversos a proveedores, estudiando la ley de Procedimiento Tributario N° 11683, la doctrina y las jurisprudencias correspondientes, por lo que las conclusiones a las que arribaremos serán distintas en cada caso. A través de esta investigación se espera generar un mayor entendimiento sobre el tema y proporcionar información relevante.
