Se plantea un enfoque cualitativo, mediante un estudio de caso con diseño investigación-acción participativo. La empresa bajo estudio es A&F, una empresa constructora con más de 15 años de trayectoria en el rubro que se destaca por su capacidad de llevar a cabo simultáneamente gran cantidad de obras en distintos puntos del país y cumplir con los requisitos del cliente en cuanto a calidad y tiempo. El propósito de este trabajo es diseñar e implementar herramientas de control de gestión y lean construcción en la A&F con el fin de que la empresa pueda mejorar el proceso de planificación y control que le permita alcanzar sus metas de manera más efectiva y aumentar la eficiencia en la construcción.
