Entre ellos, qué se ha entendido por TV educativa en el país y en otras regiones; qué categorías de televisión educativa es posible diferenciar; qué producciones es posible rastrear en las grillas de programación de las señales nacionales; qué tipo de contenidos trabajaban en sus emisiones; qué tradiciones audiovisuales heredan. Por otro lado, esta investigación indaga acerca del régimen de visibilidad vigente en el período, su influencia en la configuración de públicos para la televisión educativa y analiza qué tipo de aportes a la programación segmentada hicieron estos contenidos. En paralelo, el trabajo rastrea las diversas extracciones de las que provenían los hombres y mujeres que se desempeñaron en este tipo de programas. Al mismo tiempo, repara en las iconografías más representativas de la época. Finalmente, se detiene en dos ciclos paradigmáticos de la TV educativa: Adelante juventud (1970-1983), concentrado en formar a su público desde la perspectiva de la moral declamada por las Fuerzas Armadas, y Telescuela Técnica (1963-1988), que articuló sus emisiones con los objetivos pedagógicos de las escuelas dependientes del CONET. De manera complementaria y a los efectos de establecer el contexto cultural, recupera la dinámica de la industria a través 38 años de publicaciones de prensa especializada. This work reviews the first 38 years of the history of educational television in Argentina from a cultural perspective and with several exploratory purposes. Among them, it analyzes what has been understood by educational TV in the country and in other regions; which categories of educational television can be differentiated; which productions can be tracked in the programming grids of national signals; what kind of content they used to show on those broadcasts; what audiovisual traditions they inherit. On the other hand, this research investigates the regime of visibility active in the period and its influence on the configuration of audiences for educational television. It also analyzes how educational TV contributed to the general segmentation policy. At the same time, the work tracks the backgrounds of men and women who worked in these programs. This thesis also looks at the most representative iconographies of those years. Finally, it focuses on two paradigmatic programs of educational TV: Go, youth! (1970-1983), a TV show that sought to educate its audience from the perspective of morality declared by the Armed Forces from 1970 to 1983; and Technical Teleschool (1963-1988), a program that articulated its broadcasts with the pedagogical objectives of the schools dependent of the CONET.
